Breathe Project is the fastest growing wellbeing project in Australian schools.

An independent health promotion initiative, Breathe Project aims to have one simple breathing technique embedded into all Australian primary and secondary schools for just 3 minutes each day. Proven to be an effective way for all students and teachers to alleviate stress and anxiety.

Creators, Kat & Bodhi are certified teachers of pranayama (breathwork) and yoga. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science (Health Promotion) with a published mental health promotion resource. Bodhi is the founder of the Art of Breath Training and has extensive experience as a Psychosomatic Therapist. Between them, they are passionate about empowering and educating indiviuals.
