Jo has worked as a wellness and life coach for over ten years alongside some inspiring health care practitioners. With an education in nutrition, weight loss, weight management, anti-ageing foods, meditation and stress management techniques – Jo has assisted hundreds of people world-wide to change their lives for the better. Her practical, down to earth approach. encourages everyone to get back to basics and simplify life.
Jo is a published author and has written three self-help books. Her first book entitled “THE SHED – Change your life by cleaning out your shed” is a book about how the chaos in our external environment effects the positive energy flow in all areas of our lives. This book is for everyone who wants to make positive practical and real changes in their life through an easy ten step clean-up program for the body mind and soul.
Her second book released officially in 2016 is entitled “UNDERNEATH MY CLOTHES – A woman’s guide to making peace with her body” and is an empowering body positivity book for all women.
She is officially releasing her third book – PROJECT SHINE – a book for families on building self-esteem together, at this year’s Bloom event.
Jo is a specialist in healing hearts. She encourages self- love, self-esteem and self- care and through her intuitive sessions, workshops, speaking and writing, she is renowned for helping people to take full responsibility for all areas of their lives. Her work has been featured on Deepak Chopra’s wellness centre, Deborah Hutton’s wellness site – Balance, Tiny Buddha and countless international wellness publications.
Her intention is to assist and educate as many people as possible to take responsibility for the quality of their own lives and their wellness. Jo is passionate about reminding people that you do not need a degree in “heightened enlightenment” to understand, that you can change your life right now.
